The first conversation is free and lasts 30 minutes. A single session costs €90 for 60 minutes. If you want to work with me for longer, you take a package of four, eight or sixteen sessions — all prices are set out openly on the home page. Packages can be used up over twelve months from the date of purchase.

By phone or online, 30 minutes, free and without obligation. You tell me what it’s about and we look together at what you need. Afterwards you decide in your own time whether and how to go on.

No. You need no documents, no backstory and no finished question. Most people have no clear idea what to expect before the first session — that’s perfectly fine.

We decide that together after the first conversation. A single session rarely changes much, so I usually work over a stretch of time. How long that stretch is, you help decide.

No. Coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, and I don’t diagnose. Therapy often works through something from the past; with me it’s about clarity on what is happening now and on your next steps. If I see that something belongs in medical or therapeutic hands, I’ll tell you so plainly.

Both. We meet in my rooms in Düsseldorf, or we do it online if you prefer that or the journey would be too far.

German, English and Portuguese. People speak most honestly about feelings in the language they think in — with me you don’t have to translate yourself first.

No. I sell no products, recommend no securities and broker nothing. The point is that you understand your own numbers and can decide for yourself. A session lasts 90 minutes and costs €150. More about it here.

Yes. Everything discussed in a coaching session stays between us. I pass nothing on to anyone else.
